I had a great time at Residenza Ponte Sant'Angelo! The location was super convenient, just a quick walk from the Vatican and Pantheon. Alan, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful, making my stay feel extra special. However, I was a bit thrown off by the breakfast situation since it wasn’t exactly what I expected. Overall, a lovely boutique spot in the heart of Rome!

I had a wonderful stay at Residenza Ponte Sant'Angelo, with a fantastic location close to many attractions, making it easy to explore Rome. The staff were good and accommodating, which made my experience even better. However, a few issues like the lack of a proper breakfast arrangement and a minor maintenance problem in the shower did detract from my overall enjoyment. 🌟🗺️

My stay at Residenza Ponte Sant'Angelo was generally fantastic, with a perfect location in the center of Rome making it easy to explore the city. The service from the caretakers, Allan and Fabrizio, was attentive and helpful, providing great recommendations for local dining. On the downside, the shower cabin was rather small, and my room overlooked a dark courtyard, which was not very appealing, but it did ensure a good night's sleep.

Rooms

I booked a small room, which was comfortable and clean, but the shower cabin was quite cramped.

I had a fantastic stay at Residenza Ponte Sant'Angelo. The location was perfect, making it super easy to walk to all the major sights in Rome. The room was lovely and spacious, and staff were incredibly helpful. My only minor issues were a small shower cubicle and not having an ironing board, which made things a bit tricky for me.

I enjoyed my stay at Residenza Ponte Sant'Angelo, especially for its great location just a short walk from major attractions like Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Navona. The quiet street added to the charm, but a few hiccups, like limited breakfast options and some minor room issues, kept my experience from being perfect.

Rooms
8.0
The Junior Suite Quadruple Room was comfortable overall, though the double bed situation was a bit odd with two singles pushed together. The drain in the shower had some issues initially, but fixing it made my experience much better.
Service
8.5
The staff was polite and accommodating, especially with my last-minute booking. However, I did face a minor inconvenience when there was a blackout due to another room's hair dryer. It took some time for someone to address it.
Location
9.0
Being in central Rome, I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. It was perfect for both exploring the city's nightlife and its cultural sites.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was not as expected. The included breakfast was just a small ticket for a couple of pastries and a cappuccino at a nearby café, which felt a bit disappointing for the value.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were decent, though I was surprised to learn that clean towels came with an extra charge within the first few days. It’s a bit unusual. However, the common area for breakfast was a nice touch.
